Terms & Conditions

• Any item purchased from PRC Agricultural Ltd is to be paid for in full before removal from site. – Items not paid for in full remain the property of PRC Agricultural Ltd until full payment is received.
• Items that are sold verbally will remain on sale until a minimum 10% deposit is received.
• Where possible I encourage all customers to view machines to satisfy themselves that they are happy with there machine prior to purchase. With this in mind all items are sold on an “As seen” basis unless warranted by prior arrangement to the finalising of any purchase.
• All items where possible are tested to ensure main functions all work correctly. In the event there is a known fault you will be informed prior to your payment
• Vat is charged on all items unless otherwise stated at the rate of 20%
• In the event of a customer needing finance we have a number of local finance brokers willing to work with us. These companies work independently of PRC Agricultural Ltd therefore PRC Agricultural Ltd is not liable for any misunderstanding between customer & finance company.
• Haulage can be arranged at cost to the buyer, again the hauliers work independently to PRC Agricultural Ltd & any damages incurred during transport are not the responsibility of PRC Agricultural Ltd.
